Mussels

Mussel is a farmed product in both North and South of China, is welcomed by tourism countries.

This product is of high protein, which is called”eggs in the sea”. The season is Sept-Dec from South, and Feb- April in North. Both half shell and mussel meat are exported to Southeast Asia, South America countries. It’s not affected by the fishing ban.
